Here is the latest and *hopefully* final version. I've created three separate decoders for Windows DHCP server. One for Windows 2003 IPv4, one for Windows 2008 IPv4 and the last one for Windows 2008 IPv6. I'm not using IPv6, so I could only test a few log entries against the decoder. Example log format for Microsoft DHCP events. WinCollect evaluates the root log directory folder to automatically collect new DHCP events that are written to the event log. DHCP event logs start with DHCP, contain a three-character day of the week abbreviation, and end with a.log file extension.
DHCP Server of Windows Server 2008 R2, supports DHCP activity logging, that is it allows DHCP Administrators to monitor the configuration changes of the DHCP Servers. Therefore the events pertaining to DHCP activity logging, will be logged with additional information like: Date and time of event occurrence, IP Address and host name of the DHCP Server on which the event occurred and user name of the administrator who made the change. These events can be seen in the following location in eventviewer: Applications and Services Logs Microsoft Windows DHCP Server Microsoft-Windows-DHCP Server Events/Operational DHCP Administrators would use this feature for network security / IT compliance auditing purposes.
Download this to directly view all the activity logs in MMC.
Generally, a download manager enables downloading of large files or multiples files in one session. Many web browsers, such as Internet Explorer 9, include a download manager. Stand-alone download managers also are available, including the Microsoft Download Manager. If you do not have a download manager installed, and still want to download the file(s) you've chosen, please note:. You may not be able to download multiple files at the same time. In this case, you will have to download the files individually.
(You would have the opportunity to download individual files on the 'Thank you for downloading' page after completing your download.). Files larger than 1 GB may take much longer to download and might not download correctly. You might not be able to pause the active downloads or resume downloads that have failed.
The Microsoft Download Manager solves these potential problems. It gives you the ability to download multiple files at one time and download large files quickly and reliably. It also allows you to suspend active downloads and resume downloads that have failed. Microsoft Download Manager is free and available for download now.
